Sweet, sweetness...

So, no joke, I'm getting ready to leave for Miami in 12 days. That is CRAZY! And pretty exciting to say the least. A little bit of planning and foresight on my part actually paid off this time. Shots, insurance, people that will pick me up at the airport, everything is arranged - hot damn, I'm good. I say this now, mind you. I famously always forget something at home when I travel, usually multiple items, and tend to lose things at inopportune times.

A few side items for savvy-types:

- Canucks 2-0 start, that galloping sound you hear is the bandwagon being mounted.
- Jon Stewart is a genius and so is David Rakoff. Watch his interview on the Daily Show on the Comedy Central website.
- I have not yet posted any entertaining bites about South American/Venezuelan politics nor anything even conceivably political in nature. For this I naturally and sincerely apologize, these will likely be posted soon.
